Is membership registration required to place an order?

No, you can place an order without registering as a member. However, by registering, you can receive special campaign offers and the latest product information quickly, so we highly recommend signing up.

Can I check the details of my order?

Yes, you can check your order details from My Page. Please follow the steps below:

1. From the "Login" button at the top right of the homepage, log in with your member ID and password.
2. After logging in, click on "My Page" → "Order History."
3. A list of past orders will be displayed. Select the order you want to check.

※For customers who purchased as a guest, you can check your order details from the order confirmation email.

Can I change the details of my order?

As a rule, we do not accept changes to orders once they have been confirmed.

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, changes may be possible depending on the details. If you would like to request a change, please prepare the following information and contact us as soon as possible:

- Order number
- Your name
- Desired changes (product, quantity, address, etc.)

※Please note that we cannot accept any changes after the product has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

As a rule, order cancellations are only possible before the product has been shipped.

Please contact Customer Support with the following information:

- Order number
- Your name
- Reason for cancellation (optional)

※Please note that orders already marked as “Preparing for Shipment” or “Shipped” cannot be canceled.

When will the product I ordered arrive?

Products are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Shipping origin: Japan

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

We’re sorry, but we are unable to accept delivery date and time requests for overseas shipments.

For international deliveries, the following reasons make it difficult to specify delivery times:

- Delivery dates may vary due to customs procedures and local delivery conditions
- Availability of date and time specification differs depending on the courier in each country/region
- Weather and transportation conditions may also cause delays

After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please check the delivery status on the local courier’s website and arrange for redelivery or other adjustments if necessary.

How much is the shipping fee?

Normally, shipping is free of charge. However, for certain regions or in cases where special costs are incurred for shipping from Japan, additional shipping fees may apply. If applicable, we will inform you before you place your order, so please rest assured.

I couldn’t receive my package. What should I do?

If you are not available to receive your package at the first delivery attempt, the local courier may attempt redelivery a few times. The number of attempts and timing vary depending on the courier in each country.
However, if the package is not received within the specified number of attempts, it may be discarded locally. In such cases, refunds or reshipments cannot be provided, so please be aware of this in advance.

When will out-of-stock items be restocked?

For out-of-stock items, the restocking time is currently undecided. We apologize, but we are unable to provide information on individual restocking schedules or dates.
Please note that some products may not be restocked. We kindly ask that you check our website from time to time for updates.

The size doesn’t fit—can I return or exchange it?

We are sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (such as wrong size or different from image). Because of the nature of international shipping, handling returns and exchanges is difficult. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Before placing your order, please be sure to carefully check the size chart and product information.

Is gift wrapping available?

Currently, we do not offer a gift-wrapping option.However, some products may already come in gift-ready packaging.Please check the product details page for packaging information before placing your order.

What payment methods are available?

At our store, you can use the following payment methods:

Can I change the payment method after placing an order?
